Acting as the consultant for this historic property, Warner Commercial marketed and coordinated permitting for the building's owner. Originally built for Richard Potts in 1818, this historic building was also once owned by John R. Cheatam. The building was purchased by the law firm of Ethridge, Quinn, McAuliff, Rowan and Hartinger.

Photo of FSK HotelWhen Struever Brothers Eccles and Rouse (SBER) was looking for assistance in the redevelopment of the historic Francis Scott Key Hotel from a nursing home into luxury apartments and commercial space they turned to Warner Commercial. From meeting with City politicians to building permit issues, Warner Commercial was a key team member. In addition, Warner Commercial handled all the commercial leasing. The basement space was filled with a wide variety of tenants from a community black box theatre to a non-profit agency, seamstress and advertising agency. The main level was leased to Bank of America, a law firm and a coffee shop. Warner Commericial provided SBER with a full range of services to make the historical rehabilitation project a success and assisted the commercial tenants with the necessary steps to having their doors open and ready for business.
